Our System of Green Cleaning
Classic believes that in order to have a clean environment we must start with being kind to the environment. We practice and promote green products, green practices and green relationships. Classic incorporates a diligent Sustainable Cleaning System and Solution. We specialize in using Eco-Certified cleaning products and practices.
Classic Building Systems has developed their own unique, in-house “Green Cleaning System”. We have been using, updating, and continuously mastering our Systems since 2007. The purpose of this system is threefold. Firstly, from a Budgetary Perspective: the benefits come back full circle because essentially it costs less for building managers to maintain their properties. Secondly, from a Safety standpoint: Eco-safe chemicals reduce the amount of harmful toxins that we come in contact with and increase indoor air quality. Lastly, Building Environmental Awareness of issues that we face and helping to implement solutions, an example of this is helping our clients build or fine tune their sustainability programs.
Classic Building Systems is proud to work with many LEED Certified Buildings, meaning we hold ourselves to higher standards of sustainability. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods. This certification is designed to promote building sustainability and reduce environmental impact through eco-friendly design and low impact construction practices.
